I had the best vegan Vietnamese food I have ever had in Canada at Pho Blue Basil! They offer vegan fresh rolls, vegan fried rolls, vegan pho and a vegan pad Thai. Everything was absolutely delicious but the pho broth was actually mind blowing (so fragrant and flavourful). What an amazing addition to Belleville and the County!

Got takeout. Super delicious and big portions. The soup was very flavourful and the spring roll had a nice crisp and flavour. It was packaged nicely to put together at home. I don't have a picture because I ate it too fast There is lots of parking in the lot behind the building (on the weekend anyways). Owner was very nice and friendly. Will definitely be back!

First time trying Pho Blue Basil tonight and it was a wonderful experience. The food was incredible and the staff was attentive and kind. We had a small beef Pho and chicken pad Thai and they were both incredible. We will be back!

Amazing place! I can’t say enough positive things about this unique spot! The owner and staff greet you with warmth and professionalism. The Signature House Pho (with a side of Chili sauce) and Vietnamese Spring Rolls are our new favourite! We typically order take-out and everything is packaged so well that we can put it together whenever we are ready to serve it. This is one of those places that go the extra length to ensure quality in every order.

Delicious! I’m vegetarian and usually a vegetarian pho is a boring/plain broth with a piece of tofu and a few veg thrown in. This was actually pho broth, like 3 different types of veggie protein, big veg hunks...amazing! Rolls handmade but didn’t have vegetarian ones that night, I’ll absolutely be back to try everything!!

Just finished dinner here. Had the chicken & shrimp pad Thai and vermicelli bowl along with spring and summer rolls. Everything was very tasty. The gentleman who appeared to be running the front of house/owner was very lovely and seems to really care about the customer experience. Relatively new restaurant that we hope does well!

Absolutely phenomenal and aromatic pho! The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming—we truly felt like our business was valued. I've visited over 30 pho restaurants, and this one stands out as the best by far. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. Even our kids commented on how "fancy" the restaurant looked! With its great ambiance, this place would be perfect to rent for a work event or Christmas party.

We ate here when they first opened the food was good but we were looking for our favorite Pad Thai. The owner said he had so many people asking for it that he was going to add it to the menu. So this is our second visit, and they had Pad Thai shrimp on the menu, and they knocked it out of the park. This was one of the best Pad thai that I have had. Summer rolls with homemade peanut sauce were awesome.
